데비안 계열은 ntsysv 대신에 rcconf 을 사용한다.

레드햇의 ntsysv 명령어는 우분투의 rcconf와 같다.

기본적으로 설치는 안되어 있기 때문에 설치후 사용해야 함.

설치 : sudo apt-get install rcconf
